Usage of our own tax

The final tax will be 5/5, split into 2 wallets which will receive the same exact amount. One of the wallets will be purely used for marketing, while us being able to justify every transaction coming from it, meanwhile the other will be used entirely for development costs, branding, banners, videos, and, in case of need, hiring an extra developer (which may happen if we truly go big). The wallets are not specified here, however, all of this data can be checked in the blockchain. No preclogged CA, No shenanigans. Initial tax will be high, thus preventing botters from owning too much supply.
